Thats how it always goes. Have you ever done anything that didnt hit some kinda snag. Its like a unwriten rule or something.

well I took the head off

getting the bolt drilled and helicoiled, ordered a new rocker arm and head gasket, shit will be done tomorrow before 5pm.

rocker arm and head gasket = 24$
cylinder head work is around 30$~

so not too bad.

I got a 180F tstat, and I'm bypassing the throttle body coolant as well. Thing should run like a raped ape when I get her back together

hahaha, yeah I dont have the specs on the bore or stroke, lemme go get them real fast :

bore and stroke:

3.4L 3.62" x 3.31"

unf, thing is all back together. Runs excellent. Need to change the oil tomorrow and it'll be done. Besides maybe a nice waxing too. Anyhow, watch out for me

after I get it broken in on the new head gasket, that thing should run 15.6-7 now
