My point this whole time is unless this car has a manifold swap and uses the common 2 wire IACV it will not idle or run past 3500 RPM. Another sensor that is different between the motors id the CFS another check engine light would be found with this.

well not making power under 3500 is no biggie when i launch from full throttle lol, if i hold idle at anything less then 3000 rpms itll bounce a few rpms, kinda sounds like a stutter box. ill make a vid with my friends phone and post it up. i would have changed the mani but Y7 are soo different not sure it would work.. when i go to the junk yard im also going to get a regular throttle cable to test out the Z6 mani

There are alot of cheap upgrades you can do to your y7, OBD-1 conversion (can be done cheap if you have good access to a junkyard), swap out your intake manifold/throttle body to a z6/y8, y8 exhaust manifold, a crx si cam and a ex tranny.

What year is your engine/car?

Crx Si cam doesnt work already tried that, already have Y8 exaust mani... its a 96 Civic Dx D16Y7.

i just thought about this also.. im not proly not going to be running on the Ls ECU at all times, soo when i change the IM will my Y7 ecu beable to run the new IM

CRX si cam does work, you need to use a older a6/z6 cam gear. You will need to use the ls ecu to make the z6 manifold work decently, due to the IACV.

turbo y7's can be pretty fast mang.
