for windows xp...right click...go to properties...click desktop tab...then customize desktop...click on the trash can and trash can empty and change both |

Maybe the best MIRCROSOFT operating system ever, but I would choose RedHat or some other form of GUI Linux over Windows any day, though i'm too lazy to use em. |
