OK, I'm not big into the whole dating scene (I'm a really reserved guy and I like to keep to myself) but 2 nights ago one of my female friends (Jessi) introduced me and my friend (Derek) to her other female friend (Karen). Now, I didn't realize it but I had met Karen a few years ago in driving school but I had forgotten all about her until now. As the night went on, all 3 of my friends were drinking and having a good time while I stayed sober. We went to the local hookah (sp?) bar and hung out there for a while. Now, while we were there she was VERY touchy-feely on me (my guess is because of the alcohol) but I didn't mind. After we were finished at the hookah bar, we went back to Jessi's house to watch a movie. I layed down on the couch and Karen layed down next to me and we started cuddling. While we were laying there with eachother, she started saying how she had a crush on me while we were in driving school and she's glad that she met me again and stuff (by now i'm pretty sure the alcohol had gotten out of her system). After a little while, we started making out and it lasted for about half an hour before my friend Jessi had to kick me and my friend out since it was getting late and she had to get up to go to work in the morning. I kissed Karen goodbye and said I would call her the next day. The next day, I called her up and asked if she wanted to go and hang out that night and she agreed. After I called her, I went over to Derek's house and he told me some stuff about her that Jessi had told him the night before. I didn't fully understand what he said, but (from what i understand) she just got out of a relationship and she is a party girl at heart (I dunno what he means by that). But I thought nothing of it and went back home to get ready to go hang out with Karen. I arrived at Karen's house and she invited me in to meet her parents. I met her parents, then I took her out to the movies (we saw Syriana) and drove her back home since she had to go to work the next morning. When we got back to her house, she gave me a looooooong kiss goodnight and said she would call me the next day. The next day, she doesn't call me and i call her and she didn't pick up her phone once all day. I called Jessi to see if she knew why Karen wasn't picking up her phone and she said she didn't know. Then I started asking her what the deal was with Karen and if she really does like me and everything and she said "Just have fun with her and make the most of it" (WTF???). Then I called Derek up to see if he was doing anything and he mentioned that Karen was out at a party that night. Now, I'm sitting here very confused as to wether or not Karen is just fucking with me cause she's lonely or wether or not she really does have feelings for me. I mean I believe she has feelings for me because she had me meet her parents, she says she likes to go out with me and hang out, and she also says she is glad that she met me again. But, I also believe thjat my friends might be subliminally trying to tell me something about her and they won't come flat out and tell me what it is (they say it's nothing bad, but if it's not bad then why won't they tell me straight out??). I really like her because she's really cool and she's very pretty too. However, I don't like to deal with middle-school shit like this and it's only been two days and I already feel like I'm losing trust in her, but i don't want to end it before anything even begins because I don't get much action in the dating scene as it is. What should i do???? BTW, sorry for making such a long ass post. |

Well...in all seriousness I would get rid of her and forget her ASAP. Unless you want a ton of issues in your life, fuck dude...RUN. Think of this. You've known her for 4 days or whatever again, and your already stressing about her. Can you imagine what it's going to be like in 2 years. Or what if you have kids with her and she can't control her "partying" How much does she drink? Does she do drugs? Sounds like your getting involved with someone who has some issues. I've dated druggies and my last ex of 5 years has a major drinking problem. Not fun to deal with. Get the fuck out of her and drop her like a bad habit. |

Definently drop her, or she'll probably end up like that girl from the "A response. To a cheating girlfriend" thread. Party girl means she likes to get wasted and bang random guys. Bad for a relationship, good for bringing her home for the night. |

Have fun hanging out with her. Just don't get too involved because sounds to me that she's an attention whore. Just have your fun, and don't let yourself get too attached because she's not going to take a relationship seriously. |

^^^ what muster said, i had a girl pull the same shit on me, and we are just friends we talk maybe like once or twice a month..... but now i'm kicking myself in the ass for not trying to do anything about me liking her. so i don't know just do what feels right. or call up Dr. Phil he will help you  |
