I have a 93 240sx coupe that I use as a daily.... there is apparently a guy in NC that wants to trade his FD for a 240 coupe. Basically he needs something that isn't a project. My 240 has a few issues (speedo sensor etc) but is a good driver.

The Rx7 needs the main turbo rebuilt or replaced, it aparrently runs fine, but burns oil as a result.... It is also apparently stock, save for the front mount. I could daily drive the miata, or the buick while I get the RX up to snuff. It's always been my dream car. I think I could keep it stock.... for a while. I used to own a FC, so I know my shiznit regarding rotaries for the most part.

FD or S13? That's a tough one . The important thing is you're already familiar with the rotary engine.

um, lol, as you already know, the FD had a ton of issues with its cooling system and vacuum lines, etc. so just know what you are getting into, make sure the guy isnt bullshitting you.

Jeez, I'd hope anyone with an FD was aware of its faults, else it wouldn't be running long ;)

in an FC i would say yes, but the engine of the FD is so much more purrrrdddy then the FC engine.

but still, unless you get a non turbo FC, you are going to be in a constant state of rebuild, and, even though its your dream car are you ready for that responsibility?
