when i lowered my car i cut the bump stops. now i want to put all the stock shit back on. do i need to get new bump stops or will the cut one work? i checked advance auto and they dont even have them

if you still have the cut pieces you could stick 'em back on the strut, under the part you kept. I doubt with stock suspension you'd ever hit 'em anyway.
