JDM Climate Controls?

Thanks to a good friend, I just received a '00 JDM Honda Civic Type Rx Climate Control Console. However much like the one pictured, it's unfortunately missing the venting. Just curious what you guys do in a case like this.

Will the stock vents fit in there?

I wish we had the dash vent in the US too.

I don't believe they will fit, as they seem to be wider, and higher unfortunately.

I just bought a new in box original Type R Console piece to replace the Type Rx. It was becoming a huge hassle just to find someone that has the vents. Actually I've been stock piling parts.
