hey i was wondering how i can get rid of the abs and powersteer on a eg si . i want to clean as much of the engine bay up as i can.

Do a manual rack from a CX and ditch the powersteering. I never pulled the abs, but all you'd have to do is pretty much convert that over too. Just take the module out and plumb it just like a nonabs car.

is there a way i can use the si rack just cap of the hose lines ?

Yeah. You can loop em too. You won't have the same steering feel as a manual rack. When I pull my motor this winter I'm putting in a manual rack and pulling my looped power rack for that reason.
