I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

you can damage the pressure plate..
you can damage the gears.. but more importantly the mainshaft..
the driveshaft can become tweaked or break under pressure..
motor mounts can wear fast..
if you keep doing it.. eventually.. if nothing goes before then..you could throw a piston/rod through your block..
more wear goes towards cv boots and axles..
torque converter will definitely warp or break if you keep dumping the clutch at 6000rpm at a full stop..

if you haven't broken your clutch in properly.. you'll break your glaze your clutch faster than anything else.. and it'll end up no good..

if you're going to be launching at that high of rpm.. i suggest you upgrade your motor mounts and start doing rolling launches..
get your car rolling forward at about 5-10mph.. then dump the clutch..

ahem NO TORQUE CONVERTOR ON A STICKSHIFT
