My car idles around 500-600rpm when warmed up. I changed the plugs and wires. Adjusted the slack out of the throttle cable. and it still does it. Any ideas what it could be? It doesn't stall or anything, but holy shit is it annoying.

try the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body it takes a flat head screwdriver. play with it wile the car is on and idleing and i bet that will do the trick

Did it always idle that low or after you did something to your car?

reset your ECU..

unplug positive cable.. then negative cable.. let your car sit with both cables away from the terminals on the batteries for a couple minutes.. then reconnect it.. turn off AC/put climate temp to hot/turn climate fan off/turn radio off/everything inside the car that uses up power off.. then start the car.. do NOT blip or give throttle.. let your car sit on LEVEL land.. for about 10 minutes.. then shut off your car and your car should re-calibrate itself back to normal..
