my o-rings are WASTED!!! And i didn't realize it, so now my spark plugs/wires are soaked in oil. 1) I have new spark plugs and o-rings - will I need new wires? 2) How does the oil get out of there, does it eventually drain? |

I would try to soak as much up as possible with a clean rag. Otherwise you have to burn it I guess. I would get new wires just because. When was the last time you bought new ones? Did you use hondabond or anything on the new O-rings? |

that happend to my red dragon just on the first cylinder. My plug wire got soaked with oil the whole way to the distributor. I just replaced everything and burned the oil out cuz it burns oil anyways but its fine now. |

the last time I got wires was about 15k-20k miles ago...NGK blues I didn't use hondabond on the new ones yet *my main question is - if I can't get around to getting this done tomorrow, the oil shouldn't leak into the cylinders should it? THe spark plugs should hold it in there hopefully, because its a lot of oil |

Even if it does get into the cylinder it's just going to burn it. Try to soak some of it up, though. |

soaked up i'd say about 90-95% of the oil with cloths, replaced the plugs, cleaned off the plug wires, put the new o-rings on...and started it.... ran ok for a few, and then it started idling REAL shitty like...then it got a little better. I suppose that was the oil burning out |

That happened to Ashley's Accord, but it was a seal gone bad. |
