My tool sets usually come with one or two deep sockets that have rubber inside of it. Said tool set is far away from me at the moment, but check if you've got one of those.

5/8ths? You don't want to use a regular socket though.

just go to autozone or pep boys or kragen or whatever and ask for a spark plug socket.

It will be a long extension with a 5/8 socket on the end with either a rubber gromet inside, or some have metal on the inside.

When you go to take out the plug, make sure the socket is set around the plug correctly and then push down a little to set it in the rubber so it will grip when you pull it out.

I recommend using the socket only when initially putting the new ones in. And gently tighten it with your hands before putting the ratchet on and tightening. You don't want to thread it in wrong, otherwise you'll be hating life
