Does anyone know what parts from a d-series engine fit into a ZC engine? Can like pistons and rods vales and valve spings work in ZC from a d block? I know a lot of parts cross fit, but do the intenals swap too? I'm gonna start building one soon for my next project CRX. |

as far as i know you can put ZC pistons in a D block so i would assume that u can put D pistons and rods in a ZC but y you would want to i don't know, ZC pistons and rods are a little more stronger than the D's, and about the valves.....i have not a clue |

a ZC engine is a D-series motor. its a common misconception that its something totally different. most parts should be interchangeable like all other D-series motors are. |

Thanx i was pretty clear that the ZC was a d series but i had some doubt the parts were all interchangable...plus when i was speaking of swapping parts i mean better then stock ones to build the engine. |
