Has anyone used or is currently using one of these gaskets? I've read they reduce the incoming air temperature by a good amount....is this true or just a bunch of BS? Should i roll with one of these or just go oem Honda? |

Unless you disconnect everything else heating the IM you won't see much of a drop. If you want an ice-cold intake manifold, get alky injection |

+1 for hondata intake manifold gasket. I installed it awhile ago. Disconnected the tb coolant loop and bypassed that as well. Fucking makes a huge difference on my K. for 50$ you can't go wrong. That and people have dyno proven that it does make a difference. Also, think about how easily you can heat it up at the track while you're idling in the lanes. Soon as you start moving the IM is gonna cool off and you'll have more power. I dunno, when I open my hood after an hour of driving and I can leave my hand on the IMG and its slightly warm, vs before where it would almost burn you, I'm gonna have to say that the IM gasket definitely makes a difference. |

Fuck the OEM paper gaskets. My IM was considerably cooler with the Hondata gasket (crappy cast AEBS manifold) BUT the biggest benefit is NOT having to scrape off that bullshit paper gasket to work on your car. Hondata FTW. |
