so a few people have told me if i were to use transmission fluid instead of motor oil, and let run for about five minutes it will clean out all that build up of junk. the question i have for you guys/gals is that true?! |

if you're going to use anything, use seafoam. Just be prepared for it to smoke to hell and back until it all burns out. |

I think he's trying to concoct more of a flush out than a fog treatment. ATF is little more than a super-refined oil. Pour in a quart, drive around the block, change oil. The Miata guys do it all the time. |

drop the oil pan and clean out the 'gunk' thats the best way really. aside from a complete re-build lol |

get a MoC flush from your local honda dealer. its what they use and it works. |
