well, they are powdercoated thats for sure. And a 9 spoke? hmm, they aren't hx's, and there arent c8's... not sure... |

They aren't Gab wheels, or Rota knockoffs of Gabs. That was my only thought, figured I'd narrow the search by eliminating that possibility.  |
