I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. Looking for new tires. Im used to 215 35 18. They look awesome, but are rubber bands (still can tolerate them tho). I just picked up 215 40 18. They ride like a cload!! but are wayy too big for my car. I would like to pick up 215 35 18 again, but i am currently thinking about 205 40 18, and it i think they are the closest to my stock diameter size.

does anyone have a pic of 205 40 18 tires??

im actually just thinking about switching back to 215 35 18 and say fuck it. they arn't that much.

Did you try a tire size calculator? http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

I don't know what your roads are like, but I would like a 40 series more considering more rim protection. punch in your stock size and the 205/40/18 and see what the difference is on OD.
