Sup Guys, I was just thinking lately about a JRSC. i was reading some reviews on it and some say that they have some heat problems...bt most of the owners of one just said that you need to be sure to ge the maps senore and practially all the other shit that JR offer for their SC. so does anyone got any feedback or info about the JRSC? and A place where i can buy one for a descent price? thank you, -Landon |

They aren't very easy to intercool, that's one problem heat-wise. I've been doing some research about the JRSC lately too, I think with the 'charger and a Hondata/Zdyne (tuned of course), maybe the water injection and larger injectors, that Hondas shouldn't have problems with charge air temp. But that's just me. |

I didn't hear anything good/bad about the jackson. The supercharger that I read/heard that had good reviews and made more power was the Vortech (GSR application). I don't remember what the read advantages were, etc. |

The JRSC and Vortech are two entirely different animals. Think of the JRSC as what you buy if you're after a flat torque curve, and the Vortech as what you buy if you're willing to sacrifice some low-end for mid and top range power. The Vortech does offer an air-to-water intercooler though, where the JRSC only offers a heat exchanger for the Miata application or water injection. (Cliffnotes:: The Vortech hits a higher peak number, but the JRSC gets you torque) |

i have a jackson on my 00 si and well i have no heat problems ive installed the 160 degree thermostat .im getting a hondata soon and im run 8psi and i think ill be coo.only problem i have is traction when shifting into second.ima work on that after the hondata |
