imo they really kill the look of the page. but its nice to get some advertisers on the site.
should i stick to a forum only advertisers or keep the header and footer banners on?
OR should i use the advertise tab as a banner exchange?
i guess i could put a small fee$ on the vendors forum? i just cant stand looking at banners anymore i think im over it i want a way i can get some site sponsors/advertisers but not have the banners on the head and foot?

I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

It's good to get some revenue from ad banners. Do we have to click them to get $? If so, then probably do without them because no one here will click them

none of the banners are revenue banners. the webhostingpad banner is the new host and i have that online cause maybe someone here would find intrest in the amazing prices they have to build a website.
they are vendor/sponsor banners are banners on thejdm.com advertising contracts (that i need to work on again) but they pay to have there banners at the tops and bottoms of the pages. im a nice guy and the current ones are there for nothing. haha.
but after having them there i think i might pull them all down and just do some type of fee for the vendors area then give vendors a few extra perks on the site for paying the subscription. as well as having a new 'premium' member subscription as well eventually after all the mods and things are online.
they don't bother me as much on the footer as the header.
