Is a rep. giver/taker.

You can give negative reputation for a post, or positive reputation for a post. Users will have a green or red row of dots under there avatar depending on if they have a lot of positive rep, or negative rep.

Good posts get good rep, nasty comments or useless posts can get negative rep. YOU DECIDE!!! MUYAHAHAH!
