I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

optima batteries

Post by int3gra07 » November 02, 2005

Not sure if this is the right place to put this topic sorry. Anyways, what should I use the yellow top or redtop? All I have is a 350 watt amp powering a ten inch sub(bridged). And and 22watt kenwood deck.

Yellow top is what I had when I owned my DA-9 and it provided benefits in more way than one. I was only using a 175 watt RMS amp and I still upgraded to the yellow top. Red top is more of a stock replacement than anything, not really any point to purchasing it. I would suggest the yellow if you are in the market for a new battery. My car started better and lighting/electric flow was more steady. This might not be noticeable to the naked eye but when you know your car you can tell.
