Sweet, i was in your shoes not too long ago. I ran about 225whp on stock internals on my D16 for the last few years, no problems at all, lots of fun. If you decide on the AEM gear go for the 5 bolt gear instead of the 3 bolt, ive read that alot of people were having trouble with the 3 bolt in that the bolts were working lose and im sure you know what happens after that. Im getting ready to drop a built D16 in this weekend so if you have any questions when your doing your build just let me know. Good luck man

blocks black..probably gonna have it painted something else, blacks too common! any ideas?

flywheel, crank n pistons all solvent tanked and cleaned up. for sale too..if you need any, LMK! keep in mind the pistons come with the rods and caps, but one is missing a cap. comes with the original used rings
