YAY got meh car back

so my car works now. so heres a couple pics.

but it is still having a couple problems. the gauge cluster doesnt work properly and its still not letting me rev above 3100 RPMs in every gear. the ECU had been modified by the last owner so that its supposed have just a 3100 RPM launch. any one know of a way i could fix these problems??

i need a new header and a drop. i'll probably give it a bath tomorrow if the weather is good.

soooo, im guessing i gots a short somewhere. i would have the batter fully charged, start it, it would run for about 5 minutes then shut off.....sometimes.

i charged it and drove it around the block..all seemed good so i decided to drive it a couple miles into town. it was working fine then it just started bogging down and died. my dad came and jumped me and i drove it home with no problems at all and was even able to start it up again after it sitting for about 30 min.

the short might be between the hazards and the gauge cluster? seeing as when i turn my hazards on the temp goes up...

any help?!?!?!?!

For launch control to work you spedo needs to function. your ecu thinks your car is always stopped and will not come out of launch mode. You may need an integra spedo cable to properly reach your b16 tranny.
