well here is an update...

i talked to one of the mechanics at work today he told me that rons tire opens at 8:00 and at 8:00 one of our 2 mechanics took a tri-axle tire down to rons to have fixed. (those are some big ass tires) rons tires then delivered the tire back to the shop an hour or so later...

no talking to some of the truck drivers at work one guy said he seen the damage at 10:30am on his way taking a load of cement... so that means that the damage was done from when i got to work at 5am - 10:30am. alright...

so i stopped down rons tire today after work to question them a little bit i talked to the one worker and he said 'i was here all day yesterday and noone reported an accident of losing a tire', and he also said 'if someone did happen to lose a tire they probly wouldnt report it anyways' so right then and there i know they had to have done it... so anyways the guy wants to take a look at the damage... well if they didnt do it why the fuck would he care? so i take him to my car and show him he placed his hand on my 1/4 panel for some reason and he was like 'this was definatly hit by a BIG tire' when he was taking his hand off my car he happened to swipe his hand down and all the fucking tire tread and dirt that the tire left is now gone. the mother fucker tried to cover the shit up! 2 bad munster and i both took pics!

he pretty much chuckled and said 'i dont know what to tell you, if someone dont report it there is nothing we can do'

i cant let this mother fucker get away with this... and i sure and hell dont think 1 of our mechanics lost the tire on the way down to ron's because i know they would come clean and admit to it... (i hope)

i cant afford to get this fixed its staying like this for a few months. there is nothing i can do now. i just wish some1 would fucking come clean seriously.

Maybe get the police involved, tell them what you just told us about the attempted coverup and the pics you took. Worst that can happen is that you're no farther toward resolution than you are now but it could work in your favor.

No. He parks away from the shop where I used to park my black hatch. He even parks clear at the end away from anyone else that parks there.

I vote you just do your engine work. You don't have to worry about tires falling onto the engine and fucking it up. After losing the lip, and now this, I think it's a sign you should concentrate more on go and less on show. *shrug* just my opinion. I know personally I just dont' care about door dings etc. I still do my best to park somewhere it won't happen but... it always does. The more money you spend on making it pretty, the more it pisses you off when it gets fucked up. I'd rather just concentrate on making it faster. Eventually it gets to a point, either you're going to make a pretty show car that you never drive, or it's going to be in the shop constantly to keep it show quality (so you won't get to drive it anyways). So might as well make it fast.
