As soon as it's painted I'll have a lil shoot, maybe some 0 offsets are in the cards? We'll see.
I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Am I reading this correctly, are you addressing me as SSG on a message forum? Relax, man.kotomile wrote:
Tons of possibility, SSG, planning on alot with combat pay, probably Stage 4 from AGP (400ish WHP)
Anyways, are you going to the GRSOC or is it 513 for sure. If its 513th the closest you wll get to Iraq is Kuwait........all that combat pay and no danger....wish I was in your shoes.
A local here layed down 400WHP and 400+ TQ on a stock SRT-4 with upgraded turbo and fuel management......I remember specificly, because when it spooled it about jumped off the dyno

Really? No Iraq? Hmm, that's not what they tell me at the schoolhouse, but they paint a pretty dark picture at the schoolhouse..urbanracer2000 wrote:Am I reading this correctly, are you addressing me as SSG on a message forum? Relax, man.kotomile wrote:

It says 513th on my ERB so I guess not the GRSOC, I'll let you know if I find out. What's the difference anyway? I was joking a little with the SSG anyway, I remembered you had said you were an E6 before so... if you don't mind my asking how long did it take for E6 for you and were you 96B the whole time?

To my knowledge, Kuwait is the closest the 513th gets to Iraq. They run mission straight from there.....I'm sure their are a few individuls that will travel into Iraq to do other things.
The differece between the ARSOC and the 513th, in simple terms......513th you will get dirty once in awhile......ARSOC, you'll work in a highly guarded building with no windows every day. (tactical vs strategic)
Me, I'm not a 96B, I have just worked with them in the past......I work in a small special missions/tactics unit.........being in this type of unit allowed me to fast track to SSG in just a little over 4 years....but the challenges are alot more intense in what I do.

Urbanracer: I guess I misunderstood, E6 in 4 years is smoking tho! What'd you come in as? Are you 1st cav?
Tony: HELL no! It's staying off, and the sale of it and the crazy tangle of exhaust I unbolted that made the useless "duals" the car sported as standard will go toward either a drop for the SRT or wheels for the Miata.
You might be surprised how easy it was to make the rear like it is from stock, I just unbolted the duals (band clamped), rolled the bumper with zip-ties (so easy I think the factory wanted me to do it, the holes are already lined up and everything!) and unbolted the wing, covering up the holes with leftover silver vinyl from the eyelids. Total cost - 20 bucks, for the eyelids
And before anyone flames me for jury-rigging something, the trunk will be replaced with one w/o holes, and the exhaust is going to be re-routed out the side 3" turboback.
BTW, it took me a second to figure out who you were, since you called me by my first name and noone but my wife has called me by my first name since NOV05 lol.
