its running off the 02 wrx ecu... i just had it inspected in NC and it passed the emmissions part with flying colors. it runs and drives just like a 02 wrx should... only lighter and better looking lol

and yeah thats why i sent the harenss off... i didnt want to deal with chasing little problems in the wiring... just wanted to get the plug and play harness and have fun lol. other than that yeah i did it all... its a very easy swap, bolts right in... PPL forget this is the motor the car was made for. you just have to swap the X-member.

do the people that did your wiring also offer the ability to run the proper ECU?

by proper do u mean the 002.5RS ECU ? that paseII N/A EJ25 is a single cam MAP sensor motor... the EJ20 is a turbo DOHC map&mas airflow motor... there is no way it would run on the RS ecu... its running the proper ECU for the EJ20 right now with a Cobb reflash.

only been stageII for afew weeks and i fucking love it. HP is up from 227 to 285ish (crank) its fucking awesome in the lighter GC chassis car. i have driven plenty of higher hp subarus and lots of stock STi's and my car just feels so much better. power to weight ftw.

Definately a well setup car, quick enough in the straights but flat out fast in the corners. Stops on a dime too.
