i tripped over the wheel dolly that we roll ur car around today and fell into a shelf splitting my lip open. Wish it was captured so i could make a GIF. But anyways, just thought id share that your car is lashing out.

That sucks, how was getting Godzira off the lift? I felt crappy that I had to leave it on there.
Shop day soon, for sure.
Shop dog hurt her leg, I'm hoping it's just a sprain and heals up quickly. She's getting good at hopping in the back of the M3.

Thanks Josh, cleaned it up.

I think I'll do Z32 rotors for the rear.
Cheaper than Evos and I can add hand brake later.

SS, do I need to get some extended studs?
ARP Subaru studs are out of stock.
If I get ARP Evo studs immediately I can get another set of those cheap nuts for Evo application. The sizes are slightly different.

I have to get some KA24e injector o-ring kits.
Need to get a timing belt cover. I'd like to get an oem one.

What rear diff to run? The one that came with my clip was welded. Really Japan, really?

Do I want a Z32 bmc, or switch to awesome like SS?


Do I want a Mazworx swirl pot? Affordable compared to what I've found.


Also open to any suggestions.

It's nice to note that there's probably only $200-$500 worth of "need to run safely" items left.
Which is nice, because I'm really not in the mood to spend that money anymore.
Will I spend it more freely when I hear the engine running the first time?

You bet.

In the mean time, the fuel system can run as soon as I get those o-rings. The brake system will work as soon as I have extended studs and maybe a 3mm spacer in the front, I don't need to put my matching rear calipers on yet to roll. I could surely borrow/buy a totally stock differential for now. I still have the HKS exhaust from my first 240.

There's certainly a few hundred worth of fluids and vacuum lines and metal stock to buy, but that stuff takes SS 20 minutes to look at and say, "Whoa, it's fluids time, omg, brb." I'm certainly not going to let him give me the sweet ass fluids he has at the shop, so, maybe now's a good time to prepare for that too.

What sort of sweet deal do you get on Kouki 180SX aero? Cheap shipping atleast I imagine.
What about cost on Kouki tails, because everyone selling them for $450 is BS.

Talked to the only parts guy who knows anything about aftermarket/jdm/etc and he said theres no way of getting Japanese parts new unfortunately. But maybe I can help with the KA24E o-rings?
