I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I talked to a guy last year at a local Honda Tech meet that was pulling mid 300's. I hope you hit that point. That would be sick!

yeah ive seen OEM internal'd d16's with boost, 8 lbs, hitting around 200-215 which is just crazy with stock internals!!

But, as far as internals go, heres my thoughts:

Head:
Skunk2 valve springs and retainers (already have them, they're on the Y5)
Crower stage 1 or 2 cam for boost app.
Vision adjustable cam gear or AEM true time cam gear (i have the vision, but dont think its that acurate)
Not sure on valves, probably keep the oem ones, but get them resurfaced.

Block:
Bored (1.8L) and sleeved
Not sure on pistons yet..any suggestions?
Get the crank resurfaced (it was scored from the spun bearing)
Eagle rods (as usual)
ACL main + rod bearings
new piston rings (not sure on brand)

but again, nothing TOO spectacular, but itll be a fun project. only thing im really not sure on yet is tuning/management. thats a big investment so im taking my time deciding on that one!

But comments/critisism is welcome on the list..and im definatly taking opinions on parts. so LMK!
