I'm having trouble building my interior, aside from lack of money, it always feels cluttered.

You know I had those gauges on the a-pillar. Well, I took those down and mounted them on the cluster bezel and in a custom made panel near the steering wheel. I've remounted my stereo near the bottom cup holders like I used to have it before I sold the 96-98 cup holders to that mexican kid in Visalia ;-) I got a new one and remounted it, and put the ctr block off in the climate control. So thats all good. Got rid of airbags, etc...

Anyway, the only really thing I have extra is a pair of wicked tight japanese cup holders on my middle air vents. They rock and are not going, because civics are shit for holding drinks. So its a pretty stock dash/interior, but I can't stand it! It looks like theres too much going on.

What should I do thejdm? I'll put a picture up later

what steering wheel are you running?

i love OE interiors. with a little odds and ends to set it apart. here is a shot of mine. probably something similar to your minus the gauges. the door panels are now back to the OE panels with the cranks. looking to get a legit 99-00 EX or SI power window conversion with all the OE hardware and wiring with the OE door panels. also put the ctr armrest delete back in and running a circuit hero knob and extension, and im putting my siR navigation back in this spring since i don't DD the car.

Yeah, your interior has always been legit. I think I need to get rid of some of my shit. Or find a place to put all the gauges lined up neatly. I need a new steering wheel too. I have a suede Personal, but after two years its almost turned to leather =P

Maybe I should ditch the autometer gauges. I've had them for 5 years...

dont look cluttered, only thing that dont do it for me is the option sticker on the glovebox.

can u tuck your ecu to the kick panel? i have mine sitting out now cause i have the clear benen ecu cover i been showing off. but i will probly tuck it away and possibly keep the kick panel off.

Yeah, I might be able to tuck it...but I take it out often due to theft around here. that Option sticker has a sort of sentimental value to it, so it will probably stay

This year I plan on finally putting in a cage w/ welded, reinforced a-pillars. And getting a Recaro SPG. Once the cage is in, the rest of the interior will be painted gray.

None of that will happen though unless I finally man up and buy a carbon sun-roof delete.

Is your autometer a/f a wideband? If not you could get rid of the a/f since it's not accurate, that would clean it up a bit so you wouldn't have one off to the side.
