well the 96 grand am finally died almost. 125k on the odo and the fact that I needed to replace the entire fuel system to make it run right basically lead me to getting rid of it. I know I know, I looked at all kinds of different cars but I NEEDED a car, and when I went to look at a GTP at a dealership, I fell in love with this grand am, 2000 grand am gt 4dr fully loaded except leather and moon roof <3. Here are some pics: (And yes I will own an import some day, but not now ;P)

specs on that thing are:
3.4L V6 OHV ramair
175hp/205ft lbs torque

thing is pretty quick stock.
got some mods planned too:

18x8" 5x115mm with some 225/40/18s on 'em. dunno what tires yet, probably some half decent, nothing insane. I definitely need to upgrade suspension/brakes too. :/ haha damn cars !@#!$ always want my money. atleast my stereo is good enough for now.

it runs great, car seems real clean. I'm gonna get the coolant flushed along w/ the tranny at 50k I think. There was some 'sluge' build-up in the coolant overflow, dexcool has a tendancy to turn into slim over a number of years. its okay a flush should get it back to normal

I put in a k&n today + silverstars. I'm going to hunt down the lower part of the airbox and modify it for more airflow

heh, I dont want to cut up my stock box without having a replacement. thing should sound pretty wild with a gutted airbox
