I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I know it'll get you out of the ghetto fast. Best time with the SR20 was in the 10s.

I essentially picked out the car, and they sent it to me. Their Japanese branch must be incredible, because everything was prepared very well. It's just that the Canadian people are really crappy, customer service, speaking English with both a Canadian and Japanese accent. Call them, it's a life changing experience. The $7k isn't bad after I've added up the value of parts, plus considering it's all been proven to work in this chassis, it's fun stuff. THe engine is probably worn, but I plan to get a different bottom end next Winter (Summer only car) with probably a bit more displacement. Less revs, but it should spool my turbo quicker, and I'll have it built up to handle more boost. Hopefully nothing will happen to force that change *boom* aww chit! The engine still has oil in it, and had coolant, so we've checked all fluids as they come out, so far so good. I'm going to have to figure out a way to take better pictures, I can't get my camera to "see" the lighting that I can view with my eye in the garage. I'm artsy with engine pics, because I think if I'm going to take a photo, it might as well kick ass too. Well, enough chit chat, back to GT4, I've got 24 hours at the Nurburgring to complete, last hour w00t.

Jay got the motor from the guy he gets all his nissan swaps from. not sure what his name is though.

as for the pics it really isn't the ghetto just kind of an open lot. and munster is correct. Jay did 10.9@127mph on ET streets and a stock SR bottom end last year.

Thanks, I think I'll be posting on here quite a bit more. Money ran out, so I sold a motorcycle, and money's back. Cash = cars get done. :un:
