I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

should i get it?

Post by jdmae92 » January 08, 2006

I found this on craigslist and i was wondering if i should get it or not. What do you think?

Problems:
Rough exterior condition (some dents and scratches, a little rust)
The cooling system should be taken care of (a flush of the hoses is a must, a radiator possibly needs attention)
The brakes also may need work, although I did not experience any problems driving the car in the city traffic, I just did not service them for quite a while
Interior: the seats are worn a bit, and the CD player was stolen.

Otherwise the car behaves well enough for its age.

Asking for $450.

mileage- 151,600

240's are fun but i dont think i could own another one. mine was in TERRIBLE shape. they are 2 big for me. ill stick to my little hatchy.

but for 450 seems like a great deal. like everyone said go over it with a fine tooth comb. frame damage/rust is no good but for 450 bucks... if you last a month or 2 with it then you got your moneys worth.
.saint, the honda EK parts jdMuseum.
i hope i grow to be half the man my grandfather was.

Ha, that's funny. Mine sure did...actually it had all kindsa stuff in it. Yet the interior is probably one of the cleanest S13's I've ever see.
