run on sentences FTW. ok ac problem...im here to help because im in a good mood. Now, when u say ac clutch, do u mean clutch on the ac compressor? i hope so. Did you recharge it? if u did, did u have a gauge set? Real good way to see if ur AC is functioning is to go to a shop and ask them to hook it up to a guage set. You have a low and high side pressure in ur ac unit. Low side pressure should read around 32-40. High side pressure should read about atmospheric. aka what ever temp it is outside. Now, hook the guage set up with the ac off, take note of the pressure, then switch it on. low side should go down, high side should go up. If the psi is fluctuating, then you have bad reed seals in your compressor. But my guess is, either u pressure switch on ur ac compressor is bad, or the clutch isnt engaging properly. your post sucked so give me more clear info. /end A/C 101 for today. SS |

well thanks, ur right my post did suck, i didnt know i had typed so unclear until i just read my post again. neways, yes when i said "ac clutch" i meant the a/c compresser clutch and i did recharge it. the recharge kit came with the gauge set but i no longer have it for whatever reason, but it did fluctuate when i read it. So because im fairly lazy, and i really dont have the tools the fix this problem, i'll just have one of my friends that works for honda look at it and have him fix it more than likely. and if he cant do it for whatever reason ill be back asking for directions |
