I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

The only green I found for 2006 Silverados was this:

Medium Green Pri Metallic Clearcoat 47/WA9539

Chevrolet codes can be confusing! For example, the color code 96/WA8867 listed on our site can be shown on your vehicle as 96U or 96L or 8867 or WA8867. Often there will be a BC CC before the color code. This stands for Basecoat/Clearcoat. The U in the paint code means the Upper Color and the L means the Lower Color. Two tone vehicles will have each color coded, i.e. 96U and say 36L. Also, it could be 8867L or 8867U.

woops - forgot to give a REAL opinion. I always liked the green found on excursions and such. It's an almost flat, yet semi metalic, dark green. I had the code for a while because it my car was gonna get that treatment, but i've since lost it.

I just walked right into the ford dealer, and asked for the paint code and name from whatever car i was looking at.

Did the same when I finally chose galapagos green, although it was a little easier because I already knew the name.

Also - did the same when we got the color code/name for duanne's car.
