i was thinking to myself that a nissan powered miata sounded very familiar. then i realized there was a story on an sr20det miata in SCC (nov. pg82) both miatas are from the same area, i wonder if it was a combined project to make 2, or if one was inspired by the other?

well duh, they're the fagmobile of the 90's. But whatever, he likes auto-x, and they're good for that. I hope he wouldn't be caught dead in it on the streets though :> Miata==chick car even if it is RWD. Perhaps someday honda will realize RWD > FWD, it'd make the hobby a lot more fun that's for sure.

I drive the shit out of it on the streets. I say, let others make fun. If it makes them feel better more power to 'em. I have a GF to go home to so whatever, you know?

It's not really like I picked it for the looks either, eh? I drove one before I knew I had to have one. It is the most entertaining car to drive ever.

I don't think they look too bad. With the right wheels and a hard top they look sick. They just have a bad reputation, but a lot of those same people would call a Civic a "chick car". So I say fuck it.
