For to downpipe? You'd go by the downpipe not the turbo. Don't really got a good answer for that one though, sorry.

Where the turbo and the manifold meet. The gasket by down pipe is fine.

No. The downpipe attaches to the side of turbo. I need the gasket above the turbo but below the manifold.

Well..didn't get to hook up the dc sport and taake turbo off. The turbo was held to the manifold by one bolt and nut. The noise I heard when driving the other night was the other 3 falling off. Eek! But I did remove oil pan and fix the leak. I found oil in intercooler piping. You think the turbo is going bad or the pcv system isn't operating to good with boost? But she is pushing 4 psi now, down from the 5. So I am gonna get that vacuum manifold, new lines, re wire everything, and I'm looking to get ne intercooler piping and upgrade the turbo. What's a good quality turbo?

How much oil in the intercooler piping? Is it like a minute about, or are they soaked? A little oil is normal, thats why people run catch cans, or air/oil separators, to reduce that.

That fastturbo manifold would work just fine

Basically when looking for turbos, don't get anything off ebay. Garrett makes great turbos in pretty much any size you can dream of. Theres also Precision & Borg Warner, but they are generally only used in fully built, big boost setups. A Garrett T3/TO4E turbo would probably be about perfect with your engine with stock internals. I'd say somewhere around .50 or .60 trim A/R area.

Your next area of concern is going to be that manifold. Its an SSAutoChrome manifold (old ebay special), they have a tendency to crack from holding up the weight of a turbo. If it hasn't cracked yet, and you want to try and extend the life of the manifold instead of replacing it, i'd call around, and see if you can find a shop that will weld some supporting brackets, to help dissipate the weight.

Well in a drunken stage I bought the golden eagle vacuum manifold. My next purchase will be the Blox manifold, unless that's not a good one in your opinion. I just prefer to go with the log style for accessibility to everything in the motor bay. If you recommend a different one though lemme know. I have a full 2 1/2" exhaust that I need custom fitted, with a Quick Time Exhaust cut out to run open pipe at a flip of a switch. What size down pipe should I look into getting? One that matches the exhaust itself? I couldn't find a name on the turbo but I did see A/R 50 stamped on it. I'm assuming that means something? lol, I'm not sure if it's the size or what.

And I got rid of the shitty altezzas he had on there.. I hate those.. And in doing so I found a lot of bondo
