well it is my curret daily but i was planning to have it build as a show and go car... mainly i want to do some auto cross but on real circuits not flat roads with cones... so no idea what gonna happen now...

well....the good thing is your not that far from cali you can drive about 250-300 miles to southern cali....and if they do total it out you can take a trip to out here and prolly pick up another 99-00 coupe for around the price you will get back after you pay that bad boy off. look at it not as a bump in the road...but as an opportunity

what makes it unbearable really is im the second owner and i bought the car at 38k miles on it... i wont find another 99-00 civic in that condition (it was from Alaska and wasnt drove much cause i bought it in 02 with those miles) and i dont want to de-rice a civic... i know everything about this car and i want this car fixed... that and i have alot of good memories in it too... back seat was a fun place even though i had to push both seats forward to fit us LOL

well the thing is it wasnt my fault id understand if it was that they would say to hell with it and i wouldnt beable to get my car fixed but im going through the their insurance and they have an obligation to fix my car back to the way it was as it was their clients fault... if they dont im sueing...
