Building new site?

Hey, guys (and girls)...

I'm interested in building up another web site. I have a domain name I purchased in December for whatever reason, and am thinking of purchasing hosting for it and building up a site with it.

I am looking for ideas for the site, and possible help on features.

The site will be for JDM fans, so I decided to post up on here and get some ideas on what you guys are interested in seeing. The site will not include a forum, as I already have a forum on Import Tech, and if anything I will integrate the two so it is one forum for both sites, so please don't suggest a forum

I'm interested in features, how-tos, tech info, articles, etc.

A database of information. Basically all the n00b info plus in-depth stuff too. Like the stuff you find in sticky threads in teh tech forum.

yeah, how-to section is a plus, gallery, car specs, TERMS for n00bs

haha maybe an about page (like what your site is all about) and a link to this site

and others. and ooooohhhh JDM games haha

tech stuff like expaining VTEC... wheel stuff... you know... all of those things that are always scattered around the internet, but never seem to be accessible from one site!

and ow... if you decide to put up info on 4g cars... Give me the list BEFORE you put it up... usually the EDM stuff has errors... I'll get those out for you... You'll have the one and only decent listing that way

The run of the mill tech questions/fact sheets. Maybe some of the more frequent how-tos. rear disc conversion, general swap info, etc. Like everyone said.

I would also put some reviews on some of the more common jdm suppliers and motor importers. Maybe even set up a "swap meet" idea.

I'm looking into organizing jdm parts swap meets locally.

and uhmmm... maybe I'll throw in some more EDM knowledge and parts... try to find info about TRUE jdm cars... differences etc...

well... I'm more of a taking REaction kinda guy about this stuff... build your site, and I'll check it out... if I have some cool stuff to add, or edit, I'll let ya know...
