That is the driverside axle. On B-series motors the axles plug on to a intermediate axle. Take it back! |

Go to Napa. Lifetime guarantee. Napa guys actually know what they're talking about usually too. |

Napa doesn't sell any for civics. Atleast his doesnt. Does anyone know any place that handls remanufactored ones online ? I found one place and they wanted as much for one as a honda oem part. I can't see why a fucking axle shaft is 600$. I told sfc to even try to find a driveshaft place and ask them to rebuild it. |

I found one at checker auto parts. They actually had some kids there with a clue. Anyways, now I gotz this clunking sound when I go over like holes. IE: when the right side goes down for whatever reason. I'm hoping it's just the ball joint that we fucked up. Any other ideas? Car's driving fine otherwise, and it doesnt' seem to be a big problem, just wondering if anyone has any clues so I can get the biatch in PERFECT condition :-p |

Yeah it sounds like the ball joint is bad. You made sure to put the cotter pins back throught the castle nut bolts right? cause this would really suck to happen to you on the freeway at 70 mph |
