It's now almost 1230am. I just spent an hour trying to get my exhaust from underneath my car in the mall parking lot.

Thank God my new exhaust is stainless...I just have to get it on. My 5zigen snapped at the flange right after my resonator. I'm waiting for my cordless sawzall to charge a little then I'm going back to hack the rear section off so I can drive the car home with about 2' of piping after the header. :evil:

I didn't even drive it this winter. It was weird. The only really rusty spot was on that flange right after the resonator.

My Dewalt sawzall ripped through the piping in no time (since the bolts were too rusty to get off), and I drove home open header. HOLY SHIT was that loud at 70mph.

Done and over with now. Now to get that 3" stainless piping and new can ordered from Kteller.

http://www.kteller.com is where I'm getting the 3" stainless piping w/ resonator. I'm getting another 5zigen canister w/ a 3" inlet.

stainless steel is the only way to go, especially if you live a state that rains or gets a lot of know
