So my dad gets his new TL saturday morning, black/black/anthracite, and I'm looking up drop springs for him, and also JDM badging. But.. I thought the TL = Honda Inspire, but on Honda Japan's website the inspire looks totally different. Then I go to optauto.com, and the Inspire appears to be an Accord model. hmm. So what is the JDM equivalent? Is there one? |

The previous model TLs are considered to be the Honda Inspire in Japan. However the newest model of Honda Inspire is our Honda Accord. And after searching Honda of Japans website, it appears nothing even exists for that model/look. Could be a US inspired vehicle. |

Thanks for the research guys, I think I'm going to conclude that the TL must not have a JDM counterpart. Damn. Oh well, at least he's going for the springs, hopefully I'll convince him to get the H+R kit since it's a 1.4" drop instead of the Eibach and Comptech's 1" drop. Maybe if he's feeling extra saucy I might get him to spring for the Basics or Super Street damper. More to come.. |
