Post subject:  Question for everyone

Hey everyone,

I own Planet JDM, we have been around for a while, but we are always looking for new ways of bringing the best parts and customer service to you our customers and potential customers. We are an Approved Vendor and we completely support all that the thejdm.com is doing. Right now we are looking for new ways to improve. I will be posting new sale items in the Vendor Forums about every couple of weeks, but I am looking for ideas that will better serve you. We are trying very hard to to win your business. Please feel free to reply and let us know.

Thanks

When I buy parts it's from a local shop, and it's mostly because of the customer service/price. I buy alot online, though. It's probably about 50/50. When I buy online, I only purchase items from reputable companies who are willing to answer any questions, and are well informed about what they are offering. I don't like to call somewhere and have to sit on the phone for 30 minutes while someone searches to see if they have something, and whether or not it will fit.

I'm glad to see that you are supporting us as much as you are. You'll be getting business from me in the near future.

Thanks.

I would just like to say that your avatar is one of the best car video clips ever to be created. The JUN Supra has got to be one of the craziest bad *ss cars to be built.

You guys will always have my support

The Jun Supra clip does rock. I make it a point to watch it at least once a week. Someone recently posted a good drift video in the multimedia section...make sure to check it out.

well, i think i'm one of the few that have to buy everything online.

here in Portugal there are a few tuning/auto shops here and there, but the price for everything is just too much. therefore i have to find other ways (online shopping...)

my advice;
- good seller/customer communication (this way you gain their confidence);
- know your sh!t... (well... you know) if you transmit the idea to the customer that you don't know what you are talkin' about... u won't sell anything more likely;
- shipping issues, many will think this may not be an issue, but shipping is really important. if you're company is known to ship fast you are likely to have many more customers. imagine, there is this company (A) that sells the same parts has company (B) at exactly the same price. if you (company A) are know to ship fast than the customer will buy it from u... even if he as to pay just a a bit more for shipping or for the part... u get the idea

well..that's just my advice. i'll be checkin your stuff :)
