I'm actually just wondering if anyone on here has actually sold anything on eBay? I've been throwing around the idea of selling some items lately, and was curious if they use HTML or preformed layouts to create the paging for selling an item? |

Interesting... So the layouts provided cost something, however if you choose to use HTML it's free. What if you just stole the HTML for their layouts? haha |

you can sign up for the selling acc through paypal. it costs a lil bit of $ to list items. the more options u have when listing the higher the paypal fee. |

I sell on ebay every day. What is it that your wanting to sell. There are a few tips on how to sell things, but each item changes how you want to sell. For example. I had some old clothing that i didnt want anymore. I didnt care how much i got for them because i just wanted them gone. I stated the auctions at 1$ and charged a flat rate of shipping 8$ (shipping will cost 4$) so i will know if i sell it for 1$ i will at least make $4 on the shipping. But the auctions ALWAYS go higher then 1$ seem to get around 10-30$ for the stuff i was selling. So my listin fee was 95cents. If i would have started them out at 9.99$ the listing fee is like $1.60 or something. Either way. you will have to sign up for paypal. I don't know to many people that will mail a money order to a ebay seller with under 5 positive transactions. With paypal they have protection just in case "you are that deadbeat seller" Paypal is free, and easy to setup. |
