The next meet will be held Saturday, July 2nd, 2005 from 7:30pm - 11:00pm. For all other info, please visit the website at http://www.megameet.orgDue to the number of vehicles that attended the last two meets, there are going to be a couple of changes made. Prince William County Police and VDOT are now requiring us to hire 2 officers, one for each entrance. Also some decisions had to be made about parking since we cannot move the meet to another lot until our permit expires at the end of this year. The organizers are asking for a $1 donation as you enter the parking lot. With this dollar donation, you will receive parking in the MEGA MEET lot and 1 raffle ticket. Please do not loose this raffle ticket if you want the chance to win some great prizes from our sponsors! However, if you decide not to make this donation, then you may park at the top of the hill in the open parking lot. You may not park at the gas station or the Hampton Inn because your vehicle will be towed! All vehicles that are trailered to the lot, must be in the lot and unloaded before 8:00pm. The truck and trailers are then allowed to park at the upper parking lot at the top of the hill.
Be on time if you want a good parking spot in the MEGA MEET lot!
