92 civic si hatch Black
front end damage
engine was not touched
for a shop to fix it up it will cost 2500
its a 95 ls (obd1) swap
black interior (clean)
the engine only has 60k on it, i got it out of an automatic car so the engine was not abused. i a the honda dealership rebuilt my engine and in the process the had them put in crower rods and arias flat top pistons (their make for an ls/vtec, with a b16 head it will be 10:0 comp. , but lower then that right now because of the 1.8 head that is on it), new timming belt, water pump, starter, altenator, it has an act street clutch in it right now. engine runs perfect and no grinds in the tranny. i got in a wreck and so the car is totalled according the insurance company. the engine is still in the car, it will start up, strong engine, perfect for a swap. i've put a little over 2k into the engine
for the whole car asking 2300

I'm sorry, but 2300 is INSANE for a wrecked 92.

it seems that car is in pretty good shape though, that would be a great candidate for a tube chasis front end, considering it ill need a new core support, fenders, hood etc. Does it look like, or did anyone say if your front end would need pulled, to get it back into where it needs to be? It would be cheaper and a lot crazier/badass to tube the front and throw a one piece front end on.....good begining to a nice street/drage car. IMO

as for the price....2300 might be a little stiiff if you are an extreme tight ass when it comes to money. The cost of an LS motor with that tranny , wiring harness, ECU and need mounts would near the 1800-2000 range anyways. I'm not trying to turn this post into a pissing contest. I'd stick with your price though, someone that wants it will buy it, lets just be honest with each other. You aren't in any big rush to dump the car anyways....right?

Oh well, its a shame that had to happen to you and your nice car, i've always liked that generation of Si hatches
