Post subject:  1998 EJ8 Built D16 Turbo Reliable Legit 300hp Civic

The story
This is killing me, but I need to move on in my life. I’m selling my 98 CGP EJ8. I’m not in a crazy hurry, and I know what it is worth and what I want out of it. I won’t sell it unless both are met. Lowballers will be ignored. Many people at many Honda meets/shows can vouch for how clean this car is. NOTHING is hacked. EVERYTHING was done by myself, and I can tell you anything you want to know about it. I was an electronics installer for over 8 yrs, so all the wiring etc. was done perfectly and properly. I am very anal with my shit, so there really isn’t much untouched. This is a reliable 300+hp car that is ready to go as far as you want to drive it. No leaks, no smoke, no bullshit. I never beat on it, and most of the pulls I take are on expressway. It is currently street tuned on chrome pro by Xenocron running 15.5psi. I (and many others) estimate that its around 280-300hp as it sits. The setup should be capable of 350 on a dyno tune with more boost. I have receipts for over $9000, and that’s not including a lot of stuff. After estimating the rest of everything in, I came up around $15000 in mods as it sits, and I know I'm still missing stuff.

The car has 98k on the body and about 5k on the new motor. Oil has been changed less than every 1000 miles...overkill, but I get free oil so :P The body has some minor dings and scratches, but it is original paint. I have a dent guy at my work that already said he'd take out every ding for about 100 bux. The front bumper was freshly repainted as it was scratched from my old front lip. The hood has a scratch on the front that looks like a key mark. Other than that its in great shape. The whole car was recently buffed and the hood was recently wetsanded and buffed. There is no rust.

Edit on pricing on 8/13:
I am asking $11,000 obo. Myself and anyone that has seen it in person knows that its well worth every penny. I will also take some stuff off the car as follows:

Car minus wheels and tires - subtract $900
Car minus Stereo system and Steering wheel/hub - subtract $1000
