Post subject:  FS/FT: 1994 Honda Prelude Si

Here's the rundown:

Car: 1994 Honda Prelude Si
170k miles (on the chassis)
Location: Hendersonville, NC
Reason for selling: Really losing interest with it, that's it.

Car recently got another h23a1 in it (91k miles on it, was taken from a rear-ended totalled 95 Prelude. I had new timing belt/balance shaft belt/tensioner/tensioner pully/water pump/oil pan gasket/cam seals/oil cooler transferred from old motor-about 3k miles on those parts over to the new one). This one will last for a while, has a fresh oil change too. Oil has been changed at the latest every 3,000 miles, even though now there's a new motor in it. New plugwires, might want to check the plugs. Also the car has a resurfaced flywheel (the stocker) and an Exedy OEM replacement clutch, with about 1500-2000 miles on it. The car has a new clutch master and slave cylinder as well. I had Khumo Ecsta AST's put on at around 161k miles, just rotated them, they're in great shape and have alot of life left. I've also got a set of the Prelude sawblade wheels (spare set, comes with tires with about 80% of the tread left on those. Interior is in VERY good shape, basically is the highlight of the car as far as looks are concerned. Of course, the car needs some bodywork on the passenger door and part of the rear quarter panel, and a paint job, but there is no rust on the car whatsoever. You really could get by with just wetsanding and re-clearcoating the hood/trunk, the roof you might want to just wait until it gets painted as the clear coat is faded down part of the A and C pillar too. As some of you know I am having to replace the rear windshield, this will be done this week/early next week, along with the weather stripping on the front windshield as well as the rear. Car has a Pioneer Mosfet Supertuner3 head unit in it, stock speakers.
This car is going to come with ALOT of extras, including basically a complete h23a1 motor, minus the block and crank. Oil pan/pump, everything. Will have the axleback back on the car as well as a new stock airbox on the car. This see's an average of 23mpg, pretty decent for a Prelude (they're known for my motor/chassis to get around 20ish) but with a full tune up I'm sure you could squeeze a few more mpg out. Car will come with a brand new ebay header, never installed. Will put back to stock (what little there is, has Nokya yellow high beam bulbs, the axleback removed from the exhaust and a gutted airbox and that's it for modding) at request. The price is not including money for the extra's, I won't have any use for that stuff so it will be the buyer's stuff as soon as the keys leave my hand, extras at no cost. I've got between fixing my old h23 (the timing belt, oil leaks, all of that mess), getting a new motor after the old one ended up screwing up, tires, the extra wheels/tires, and maintenance stuff, etc. about $4,000 into this car, not including what I paid for it. Considering it has one of the lower mileage h23's you can find, around here anyway, a new clutch/radiator/brakes/tires... Asking $4500 obo, starting it out high as this car will run for a long time (91k mile motor, doesn't leak anything, timing belt is new, tires, etc. Interested in trades as well.

I really need to get updated pics, will get on that once the new window is in and the window seals are in, probably mid-next week.

Thanks for looking guys.
