my beater vs. civic si?

alright so lastnight i was gonna head to the bar with munster but this black civic with stock 99-00 si wheels, extremely low, had a kit on it (or lips) and altezza's i thought.. ahh simple kill...

so i followed it around, the exhuats sounded so god damn whiney it was killing my ears.. ok we finally get a light.. i spin through first, i spin 2nd and finny hookup. this car was right at my door i keep pulling on it through 3rd but this kid kept pushing me he was at my back bumper and im still going shift 4th. still going starting to get a lil nervious doing close to 120 on scalp avenue i let off and threw on my 4 ways to show i got the win, car shaking to a stop and i can smeel his or my brakes.

i pull over shaking like a maniac because i never went 120 on scalp. (its a damn main road through town) so anyways this black civic pulls beside me and says 'whats in that?' i tell him 'just a b18b' he said 'its quick' i said 'is that an si?' *he shakes his head no* 'an ex?' *shakes his head no again* he blurts out 'jdm gsr' my eyes get big and i think to myself if that was a jdm gsr i wouldnt of pulled like i did. so anyways he said he was gonna go find some chumps and he was on his way...

i really dont think the kid put a jdm gsr into that car. it had stock si wheels. altezza's and a kit. im pretty sure the kid was trying to bullshit me i bet it was an SI.well whatever it was the shitbox made it look like hell

Good kill. Chances are that anyone around here that would put a jdm gsr motor in their car wouldn't even think of putting altezzas and big stupid lips on it. The egg chalks up another. It probably was a Si with a few bolt-ons. Most of the Si coupes were dogs, but there were a few that were built on Friday.

hahaha, i saw your post with the pic of your car gutted. Just a guess but is its new color gonna be championship white? The EK's are definately starting to grow on me, wasnt really a hatch guy until the EP, but theres nothing better than a clean hatch.
