me vs accord

I go to college in johnstown and i drive there everyday. So i am driving home from school after taking this hard ass test so i'm a little pissed off. i'm gettin on to 219 off of elton just drivin when this kid in a older accord with an APC muffler passes me. He slows down to like 40 and keeps wavin his hand for me to run him. I dont like to race on 219 because of the heavy cops and for the fact of having alot of points on my licenes. But he's beepin his horn and flippin me off so i figured what the hell. i got in the passing lane to line up with him, he just punched it before i got beside him. I opened up the neon and caught him quickly. i passed him and pulled away until he was out of my site. i slowed down driving normally and next thing a know he comes flyin past and waves. It wasnt worth tryin to catch him. what a bitch

i got pulledover on 219 almost crossing 22 for doing 90 after beating a v-6 mustang with a cheesey aluminum wing, and a neon with 1 apc clear taillight. my speed sensor came unplugged and the car wouldnt go over 90 becuase it dont rev over 4g when the speed reads 0. it was a saturn sl2.

Yeah I don't know whats up with the whole ricer flyby..they know their car is slow. and they seen their car get beat by yours but they still have to fly by you and cut through traffic like they are playing Midnight club or something..
