Post subject:  paint chipping on bumpers

I had my car repainted black four years ago. They also painted all the moldings and front bumper lip which originally never came painted from the factory. So now the paint is starting to chip. Its starting to look ugly.

What should I do? I've heard airbrushing the bumpers will work and last. I've tried using an exato knife to remove the paint, but it was scratching the bumpers.

How do you restore something like this without spending alot of money?
Can someone help a brother out?

Thanks,
Jerry

Man I don't want to deal with them people. There just going to charge me an arm and a leg to redo it. Plus the warrany is over! Its like a "macco" facility. SHotty work.

When I picked up my car, a few things caught my eye.

1. They forgot to put the emblems back on
2. the rubber lip that goes on the hood is missing
3. Way to much overspray
4. drips up the wazoo everywhere
5. I got jacked.

How do you take off the bumber trim? Is it another piece? I have a 91 integra. I know the side door panel trims can come off.

I looked at http://www.acuraAutomotiveparts.org. And it looks to me that the bottom portion of the front bumper can be removed. But not the one strip that goes along side the licsense plate. That strip bumper is the one that is really peeling.

Has anyone ever messed with this before? By the way, that web site shows diagrams of parts and stuff.
